Delta Z Geomatics is a professional land surveying firm located in Marana, Arizona and provides services to the Tucson Metropolitan Area and Southern Arizona, including Pima, Pinal, Santa Cruz, Cochise and Graham Counties.

We provide many facets of land surveying, including Boundary and Topographic Surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, FEMA Elevation Certificates, Legal Descriptions, Minor Land Divisions, as well as Construction Staking, As-Built Surveys and Home Layout.

In addition to land surveying, we can provide site and civil design and drafting, subdivision platting and aerial photography (not photogrammetry) for marketing and site monitoring. Photogrammetry can be provided in coordination with one of many established and experienced aerial photogrammetry partners.

Delta Z Geomatics is operated by Benjamin E. Zismann, a second generation land surveyor who began surveying professionally for his father while in high school. He and his brothers began accompanying their dad on surveys as soon as they could carry a hammer.

Ben has more than 30 years of experience in all services offered, is an Arizona Registered Land Surveyor and is currently pursuing his CFedS certification.
